Counsel Retained in Fight Against Chick-fil-A

Preserve Penfield is excited to announce that we have retained the legal services of attorney Jacob Zoghlin to assist in our opposition to the construction of a Chick-fil-A restaurant on Fairport Nine Mile Point Road. Jake specializes in Zoning and Land Use Law, and has completed a thorough and critical analysis of the Chick-fil-A application.

Last night, Jake delivered his findings to the Penfield Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in the form of a 34 page letter. Later, Jake also presented a summary of his findings to the ZBA during a hearing on the project.

The letter can be viewed in its entirety here: LT ZBA December 2024.pdf

The ZBA meeting can be viewed here: https://vimeo.com/1041148301 (Jake's comments begin at 1:43:40)

We are extremely pleased with Jake's contributions and think you will be, too. This arrangement was made possible by the generous donations of our supporters, and we cannot thank you enough!
