Browncroft Blvd. to Receive DOT Rehab
A Preserve Penfield member brought to our attention an upcoming project by the New York State Department of Transportation to rehabilitate Browncroft Blvd. between Rt. 590 and Qualtrough/Clark Rds. An informational open house is being hosted by the DOT on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm at the Penfield Community Center.

At first glance, this seems to be a fairly benign project. At the time of this writing, that stretch of Browncroft is in a poor state of disrepair, and we’re always in favor of more sidewalks.
